Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order didn’t meet expectations, we offer return options designed to keep your journey on track.
Opened Products: If you’re unsatisfied with an opened product, please contact us within 15 days of the purchase date. You may return the item for store credit equal to the original purchase price. Please note: Shipping costs apply to any replacement products.
Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original and return shipping costs.
Incorrect Orders: If you received incorrect items, please contact online@bluegrasspw.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at online@bluegrasspw.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can resolve it promptly.
**Important** All Supplement Packs are made individually on-demand when ordered from our partner pharmacy; therefore, these items cannot be canceled or returned.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date
- Empty bottles or fully used products
