Shipping

When will I get my order?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates which may vary and are not guaranteed. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we anticipate a longer lead-time, it will be noted in the item description.

During sales or holiday season, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. 

I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer support team at online@bluegrasspw.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. However, please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed, it will be shipped to the address that was provided during checkout.

Please note that Bluegrass Precision Wellness Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address inputted during checkout.

Why is my order being delayed?

This could be due to several reasons:

  • The carrier could be experiencing issues or delays on their end. We unfortunately have no control over this but the carrier typically will provide information via tracking status.
  • Wrong or invalid shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification.

My order is being returned to the sender. What happens now?

Orders can sometimes be marked RTS (return to sender) due to insufficient address or other issues with the carrier. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to you for an updated address for reshipment.

Tracking shows my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Here are a few suggestions if you have not received your package with a tracking status which shows “delivered":

  •  Allow a few extra days as packages can sometimes be scanned in as "delivered" ahead of time by mistake
  • Check to see if perhaps it was placed elsewhere on your property (porch, another entrance, etc.)
  • Check in with neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake

The Bluegrass Precision Wellness Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided at the time the order was submitted.

Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost/stolen mail.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer support team members only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order didn’t meet expectations, we offer return options designed to keep your journey on track.

Opened Products: If you’re unsatisfied with an opened product, please contact us within 15 days of the purchase date. You may return the item for store credit equal to the original purchase price. Please note: Shipping costs apply to any replacement products.

Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original and return shipping costs.

Incorrect Orders: If you received incorrect items, please contact online@bluegrasspw.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at online@bluegrasspw.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can resolve it promptly.

**Important** All Supplement Packs are made individually on-demand when ordered from our partner pharmacy; therefore, these items cannot be canceled or returned.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Empty bottles or fully used products

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, email online@bluegrasspw.com with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • Your reason for return
  • If applicable, photos showing the issue (especially for incorrect or damaged items, with the label clearly visible)

Once your return is approved, our team will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for next steps. Be sure to package the item(s) securely, and include your original packing slip inside the return.

Returned items must be received at our location before a refund, store credit, or replacement can be issued. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or explain if your request is denied.

If your return is rejected, we’ll include the reason in our response.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Empty bottles or fully used products
