Getting Started

You can manage your subscription anytime through the Customer Portal (circled in green in the example image).

Just go to your Account Page and select “Manage Subscription.”

Once you're in the portal, you'll see all your active and past subscriptions associated with your account.

Where can I see my current subscriptions?

To view your current subscriptions:

  • Go to the Customer Portal
  • Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" section

Can I pause a subscription?

Need a break from your subscription? Follow these steps to pause it:

  1. Select the subscription you want to pause
  2. Click Edit and choose Pause Subscription
  3. Select the product you want to pause
  4. Confirm by clicking Pause Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

If your subscription no longer fits your needs, you can cancel it to stop future deliveries.

To cancel:

  1. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  2. Click Edit and choose Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription

Note: You can always re-subscribe later through the Customer Portal.

Can I skip a delivery instead of canceling?

If you don’t need your next shipment, you can skip it without canceling your subscription.

To skip:

  1. Select the subscription order you want to adjust
  2. Click Edit Order
  3. Choose Skip Order to bypass the next shipment

You won’t be charged for the skipped cycle, and your subscription will continue with the next scheduled delivery.

How do I update my shipping address?

To send your order to a different location:

  1. Click the edit icon next to your current shipping address
  2. Enter the new address
  3. Click Apply to save your changes

How do I update or change my payment method?

Keep your payment info current to avoid any disruptions.

To update your card:

  1. Click the edit icon next to Payment Methods
  2. Select the card you want to update or change
  3. To update details or add a new card, click Update Selected Method
  4. Follow the instructions in the email sent to you

If you have multiple cards, you can also choose which one to use for future subscription payments.

How do I view past or upcoming orders?

Stay on top of your orders by reviewing both scheduled and past deliveries.

  • Upcoming Orders: See what’s on the way, including products, quantities, and delivery dates
  • Order History: Review all previous subscription orders, including dates, items, and payments
